Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium squash
1/2 c. milk
2 slices bread
1 small bunch green onions
salt and pepper to taste
bread crumbs
Preparation

Cut and peel squash and boil until tender. Drain, then mash. Soak bread in milk; mix with squash. Add slightly beaten eggs, chopped onions, salt and pepper. Pour all in casserole. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
