Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    1 c. cracker crumbs (about 22 crackers)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. green pepper
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    12 oz. carton small curd cottage cheese
    3 oz. can mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine 2 eggs, tomato paste, cracker crumbs, onion, green pepper, salt, pepper and ground beef.
    Mix together and put half of this in the bottom of an 8 x 8 x 2 baking pan.
