Chicken Casserole No. 1 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can evaporated milk
1 c. diced celery
1 small onion, minced
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can Chinese noodles
1 small pkg. cashew nuts
Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Boil, bone and dice chicken.
Mix soup with milk.
Add remaining ingredients except cheese.
Pour into buttered casserole.
Sprinkle cheese over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
