Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    7 oz. coconut
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar, then add eggs.
    Add milk, a little at a time, then add vanilla.
    After mixing, add 7 ounce can or package of coconut.
    Pour into 10-inch pie plate.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
