Delicious Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Italian sausage
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 egg
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
stemmed whole mushrooms (Portabello mushrooms work very well and are delicious!)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well (except mushrooms).
Form into balls or patties, depending on the type of mushrooms you use and stuff into the mushroom caps.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for at least 20 minutes (more for larger mushrooms).
