Tofu Meatless Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound tofu (firm)
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. bread crumbs, seasoned
    1/4 c. onion, minced
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 qt. Italian tomato sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Drain and wash tofu thoroughly.
    Using fork, mix all ingredients together, except oil and tomato sauce. Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Place on greased cookie sheet and bake 20 minutes, turning once.
    Put meatless meatballs in a 2-quart baking dish.
    Cover with tomato sauce and keep warm until ready to serve.
