Tomato Aspic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes Knox gelatine
    1 c. cold water
    1 c. ice water
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatine over cold water in saucepan. Place over low heat; stir constantly until gelatine dissolves (4 to 5 minutes). Remove from heat; add ice water. Stir in tomato sauce and sugar. Pour into 4-cup mold. Chill until firm.
    Unmold.
    Place on lettuce and garnish with cucumber slices.
    Serve with Cucumber Sauce.
