Old-Time Chicken Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. chicken broth
    3 c. crumbled corn bread
    6 c. light bread
    1 c. finely cut celery
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 scant tsp. sage
    1 scant tsp. glutamate (optional)
    4 whole eggs, beaten
    2 boiled eggs, cut up
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well, adding broth, then eggs last.
    The mixture should be thin enough to stir easily.
    If not, add more broth or hot water with 2 tablespoons of butter or oleo.
    If too thin, add more bread or cracker crumbs.
    Grease a loaf pan and pour dressing into pan.
    Cook 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
