Cabbage And Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 celery stalks, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans (undrained)
    1/2 medium cabbage, chopped
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped with liquid
    1 tomato can water
    4 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Brown beef in a Dutch oven, then add all the other ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to simmer.
    Cover pan and cook for an hour or a little more.
    Makes 3 quarts; 6 or 7 bowls.
    Can be frozen in serving sizes.
