Cornmeal Crusted Rockfish(Serves 2 People) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. rockfish filet (skin removed)
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    2 tsp. Cajun spice (use your favorite)
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut rockfish into 2 even portions.
    Lay on plate and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Coat each side with cornmeal and let sit while preparing relish.
