"Fried" Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. 10 oz. chicken parts, skinned
3/4 c. buttermilk
6 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Rinse and dry chicken.
Pour buttermilk into pan; on wax paper combine flour, salt and pepper.
Dip chicken in buttermilk, then into flour.
Spray baking sheet with Pam. Place chicken on baking sheet, meaty side down.
Drizzle oil evenly over pieces.
Bake 30 minutes.
Turn chicken and bake 15 minutes longer or until juices are clear when pricked with fork.
