Slim Creamy Cool Cucumber Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and chopped
    2 large scallions, chopped
    3 Tbsp. each: minced fresh dill and parsley
    1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1 qt. buttermilk
    salt (or garlic salt) and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put
    cucumbers,
    scallions, dill, parsley and yogurt in blender.
    Puree.
    Add
    remaining
    ingredients;
    blend
    again. Serve chilled
    with a sprig of fresh dill floating on top or a thin slice of cucumber.
    Makes 8 servings, 85 calories each.
