Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. liquid smoke
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
brisket
garlic salt
onion salt
1 jar barbecue sauce
Preparation

Line pan with foil.
Pour in liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce.
Lay brisket over mixture in pan (lean side down). Sprinkle with garlic salt and onion salt; cover pan tightly with foil.
Place in refrigerator overnight.
Remove from refrigerator the next day.
Remove foil and pour barbecue sauce on top.
Cover with foil and bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 hours.
