Congealed Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) boxes strawberry jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. frozen strawberries
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans
    2 bananas, sliced
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in a mixing bowl with the boiling water.
    Add bananas, strawberries and pecans.
    Pour half of the mixture into a long baking dish. Chill until firm, then spread with sour cream. Spoon remaining jello over sour cream.
    Chill until firm.
