Baked Ziti (Pasta) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. tomato paste
    1 can (8 oz.) no salt tomato sauce
    2/3 c. water
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. part-skim milk Ricotta
    6 oz. part-skim milk Mozzarella cheese
    8 oz. ziti, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Saute the onion in the oil in a saucepan until tender.
    Add the tomato paste, tomato sauce, water, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
    Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
