Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. Ritz crackers, crushed
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    2 sticks oleo, melted
Preparation
    Mix Ritz crackers and poppy seed in melted oleo. (Save some for top.) Cover bottom of baking dish. Combine chicken soup, chicken and sour cream. Spread over cracker layer. Top with remaining cracker mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
