Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    3/4 c. water
    3/4 c. lukewarm milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. shortening, melted
    4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Stir yeast, milk, melted shortening and 2 1/2 cups flour together; beat until smooth.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Knead for 5 minutes.
    Grease bowl.
    Put dough in bowl; turn dough over.
    Cover; put in warm place.
    Let rise for 1 1/2 hours.
    Punch down; cut into rolls.
    Put in pan. Cover; let rise 45 minutes.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Bake for 10 minutes.
