Meat Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef or veal round, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    choice of stuffing (whatever your family prefers)
    1/4 c. enriched flour
    1/4 c. Fluffo
    2 onions, sliced
    1 carrot, sliced
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 bay leaf
    2 tomatoes, chopped or 1 c. canned tomatoes
    1 c. stock or wine
Preparation
    Cut meat into 3 or 4-inch squares.
    Place desired filling in center of each piece.
    Roll the meat and tie with string.
    Dip rolls in flour.
    Heat Fluffo in skillet or Dutch oven and in it brown the rolls on all sides.
    Add remaining ingredients except parsley.
    Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until meat is tender. Remove rolls to serving dish and strain gravy over them.
    Sprinkle with parsley. If desired, stir 1/4 cup of cream into gravy.
