Greens(Collards, Mustards, Turnips) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches greens
    `meat (salt back, ham hock, etc.)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 qt. water
    1 onion
    1/2 bell pepper
    1 c. bacon drippings
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Boil meat in water while washing greens.
    Chop greens and put in boiling water with meat.
    Cook for 20 minutes and add remaining seasoning.
    Cook for 1 hour, constantly checking to be sure water is above level of greens.
    Cook for 20 minutes more or until greens are tender, this time letting water level drop below level of greens.
