Chilighetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1 garlic clove, minced
1 large onion, chopped
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped
38 oz. canned chili
3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
7 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 c. sour cream
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In Dutch oven, brown meat with garlic and onion.
Pour off grease.
Stir in tomatoes and chili; simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In large bowl, mix Cheddar cheese and spaghetti.
Fold in sour cream.
Mix with meat; top with Parmesan cheese.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
