Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 lemon or 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    dash of Old Bay seasoning
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Shell and devein shrimp, leaving tails attached, if desired. Saute shrimp with melted butter, oil, white wine, lemon juice, garlic powder, 1 tablespoon minced parsley, Old Bay seasoning and salt in a large skillet over low heat for 5 to 8 minutes on each side.
    (Shrimp are done when they turn pink and are firm.) Sprinkle with parsley before serving. Bring to table and garnish with lemon wedges.
