Nana Morgan'S Blueberry Cake(Excellent; Melts In Your Mouth) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, separated
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. floured blueberries
Preparation

Sift flour, salt and baking powder.
Beat egg whites until stiff; set aside.
Cream shortening with sugar; add beaten egg yolks.
Add milk and flour alternately.
Fold in egg whites, vanilla and blueberries.
Put in pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes (for glass pan, 325\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes).
You may sprinkle sugar on it for topping.
