Jo Jo Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes (desired amount), washed and cut into wedges
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and drain. Beat egg, milk and baking powder together and roll potatoes in batter. Mix together flour and seasoned salt (enough to turn color of flour), then roll potatoes in flour mixture. Deep-fry.
