Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium size carrots
    1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of celery salt
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Wash, peel and slice carrots.
    Cook until tender.
    Drain. Slice Cheddar cheese.
    Arrange carrots and cheese in layers in a buttered two-quart casserole. Make white sauce, using butter, flour, salt, pepper and milk.
    Flavor sauce with mustard and celery salt (may add onion flavoring, too).
    Pour white sauce over carrots and cheese.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Dot with remaining butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or more.
