Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Sunflower corn meal mix
    2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
    2/3 Crisco oil
    1 c. cream-style corn (Del Monte)
    2 jalapeno peppers, chopped finely
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cheese.\tHeat large iron skillet and grease.
    Pour in 2/3 of
    batter.
    Cover
    top
    with grated cheese.
    Add balance of batter.
    Bake
    40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
