Baked Caramel Corn(Southern Living, 1982) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped corn (I use 10 qt.)
    2/3 stick margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Stir in brown sugar, honey and salt.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil 3 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat and stir in soda and vanilla.
    Gradually pour over popped corn, mixing well.
    Turn into large roaster pan sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
