Italian Style Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. oil (extra virgin or light olive oil)
    2 fresh ripe tomatoes, chopped or a 1 lb. can tomatoes
    2 cubed zucchini
    1/4 tsp. dried basil
    1/8 tsp. dried oregano
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil until golden brown.
    Add tomatoes, zucchini and herbs.
    Cook 10 to 15 minutes until zucchini is tender.
    Place zucchini on serving dish and season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
    Serve immediately.
