Mama Rek'S Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

small cucumbers
4 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Bring water, sugar and salt to a boil.
Add vinegar.
Then add cucumbers and cook until they turn somewhat yellow in color.
Put pieces of dill stem in bottom of jars.
Add pickles and juice.
Put dill flower on top and seal.
Let age 3 weeks.
(Adjust liquid according to amount of cucumbers available.
After one batch, add more vinegar, sugar and salt to water in pot.)
