Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute Rice
    1 cut-up chicken plus 2 extra legs
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Sprinkle rice on bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and lay chicken on top of rice.
    Mix the 2 cans of soup together and pour over chicken.
    Sprinkle soup mix on top and pour water around the edges.
    Cover with 2 layers of aluminum foil, sealing edges over pan.
    Bake 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
