Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. minced onions or 1 Tbsp. dried onions
    1 small jar pimento bits
Preparation
    Cook squash and mash with a fork.
    Drain as well as you can. Mix soup, sour cream, onions and pimentos together, then stir in squash.
    Pour into a casserole dish that you have sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until bubbly.
