Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 cans cream corn
    2 cans whole kernel corn
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice or cooked rice
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese or Monterey Jack cheese
    bacon bits
Preparation
    Saute in skillet the oleo, onion and bell pepper.
    Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl; mix together with sauteed ingredients.
    Top with Velveeta cheese or Monterey Jack cheese. Top with bacon bits.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
