Cindy'S Easy Cream Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. powdered milk
    1 c. flour
    1 stick margarine
    leftover veggies or fresh veggies or meat or poultry or almost anything
Preparation
    Mix powdered milk and flour; cut in margarine (store in covered container in fridge).
    Now you can add this mixture to water.
    Make it creamy to your desire; then add anything from list.
