Smoked Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 lb. ground deer meat or beef
    25 lb. ground fresh pork
    1/4 oz. ground black pepper
    1 oz. ground red pepper
    1/2 lb. salt
    garlic to taste, cut up fine
Preparation
    Number 1:
    Spread thick sliced Spam with a paste of brown sugar, mustard and catsup.
    Bake 15 minutes in hot oven.
