Carrot Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. carrots (6 medium)
1/2 c. pineapple chunks, packed in juice
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
Preparation

Peel carrots and grate.
Combine with drained pineapple, raisins, orange juice and yogurt.
Serves 6.
