Chocolate Tea Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. applesauce
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/3 c. soft butter
1/3 c. water
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, applesauce, cocoa, butter, water, eggs, baking soda, salt and vanilla.
Beat on low speed scraping bowl occasionally for 3 minutes.
Stir in walnuts and chocolate chips.
Pour into pan.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until done. Remove from pan and cool.
