Pigs In A Yoke - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 lb. brown-n-serve pork sausage
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In saucepan, heat milk, butter and salt just until butter melts.
Blend in flour quickly.
Do not handle dough too much.
Roll out on floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness.
Fit into 15 x 10 x 1-inch jellyroll pan.
Flute edge. Pour filling into dough lined pan.
Arrange sausages in rows on filling.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 65 minutes or until golden.
