Frozen Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. sliced cucumbers (with skins)
    1 c. sliced onion
    1 c. sliced mango (optional)
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 c. vinegar
    green food coloring (optional)
Preparation
    Mix everything together.
    Let stand in refrigerator overnight. It will not look like there
    is enough liquid, but the next morning there will be plenty.
