Zesty Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. paprika
dash of cayenne pepper
1 (10 oz.) bag fresh spinach, torn
6 to 8 radishes, sliced
2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
2 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
Preparation

In a small bowl or jar with a tight fitting lid, combine the first 7 ingredients. Mix well.
Chill.
Just before serving, lightly toss spinach, radishes, eggs, onion and bacon in a large salad bowl. Mix the dressing again.
Pour over salad and toss. Yields 6 servings.
