Cheesy Vegetable Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. chicken broth
    8 celery ribs, sliced
    4 carrots, sliced
    2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. frozen corn, thawed
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. milk
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    chopped fresh parsley (garnish)
Preparation
    Bring first 6 ingredients to a boil in a Dutch oven. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat and stir in corn.
