Mint Tea - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 tea bags
1 c. sugar
5 sprigs mint or 4 drops mint flavoring
6 c. boiling water
1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Put tea, sugar and mint (squeeze leaves slightly, but not the stem) into a 2-quart container.
Pour boiling water over and keep covered for 5 minutes.
Strain. Cool and then add lemon juice. Makes 2 quarts.
