Butter Cream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. confectioners sugar
    1/3 c. butter
    1 to 2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a 1 1/2-quart mixer bowl add confectioners sugar and softened butter.
    Mix on low speed until combined.
    Add 1 to 2 tablespoons milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Beat on high speed until fluffy (about 1 1/2 minutes).
    Spread on cooled butter cookies.
