Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 Ritz crackers, rolled fine
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 egg whites
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until frothy.
    Start adding sugar gradually and beat until mixture stands in a soft peak.
    Fold in vanilla, crackers, baking powder and nuts.
    Spread evenly in well-greased pie plate and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
