Gluten Steaks Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. oil
1 (4oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
1 (20 oz.) can gluten steaks
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Saute onion in oil.
Add mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes, reserving mushroom liquid.
Remove onions and mushrooms from pan. Dip steaks in beaten egg, then in bread crumbs and saute in oil. Place alternate layers of steaks, onions and mushrooms in buttered casserole.
Mix liquid from steaks with mushroom liquid and sour cream; pour over casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
