Lemon Tea Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. gingersnap crumbs
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    2/3 c. milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 tsp. lemon peel
Preparation
    Grease microwave ring mold and coat with crumbs.
    Mix all dry ingredients; make well in center.
    Add rest of ingredients after mixing them together.
    Spoon into mold and microwave on Medium 8 minutes.
    Rotate after 4 minutes and bake 1 1/2 minutes longer or until cake pulls away from sides of mold.
    Let stand 10 minutes; invert onto plate.
    Glaze with lemon juice and powdered sugar mixture.
