Refrigerator Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cabbage, shredded
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, finely chopped
    1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. vinegar (white)
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Combine cabbage, onion, bell pepper and sugar; toss lightly. Set aside.
    Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over shredded cabbage mixture and toss lightly.
    Cover; chill at least 4 hours.
    Salad keeps several days in refrigerator.
