Oven Baked Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chuck, round steak or stew meat
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix (1 1/2 oz.)
Preparation

Cut meat into serving pieces or cubes.
Combine mushroom soup with water and dry onion mix.
Place meat and soup mixture in deep casserole and cover tightly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
Can also add 2 to 3 tablespoons sour cream before serving.
