Fresh Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    6 c. sliced, peeled apples
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    9-inch double crust pastry
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Toss with apples and lemon juice. Pour in pie shell.
    Dot with margarine.
    Cover with top crust. Seal and flute edges.
    Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
