St. George Island Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. smoked sausage or lean pork, cubed
    2 bell peppers
    16 oz. cubed tomatoes
    1 large onion
    2 cloves crushed garlic
    1 c. chopped celery
    salt and pepper to taste
    chicken stock
    1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Brown sausage or pork.
    Drain.
    Add all other ingredients to browned meat.
    Saute for 10 minutes.
    Add enough chicken stock to cover all of the ingredients fully.
    Cover.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
