Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    soft corn tortillas or soft flour tortillas
    monterey jack cheese
Preparation
    Slice the cheese about 1/2 inch thick and place pieces to cover tortilla.
    Top with another tortilla.
    Put a thin coat of vegetable oil in a non-stick saute pan and heat until very hot. Place the filled tortilla in pan and grill, turning once until cheese is melted and tortilla is slightly browned.
