Yeast Rolls For A Crowd - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    4 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    4 tsp. salt
    3 c. boiling water
    4 eggs
    12 or more c. flour
Preparation
    Add shortening, salt and sugar to the boiling water.
    Stir to dissolve; cool.
    Dissolve the yeast in 1 cup warm water.
    Beat the eggs and add to the cooled mixture.
    Add the yeast and enough flour to make a dough.
    Let rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk.
    Punch down; roll and cut into biscuits.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven.
    Makes 50 biscuits.
    Can be kept in the refrigerator for 3 days (keep punched down).
